These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the NYC Office Coffee website. By using the website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who we are
NYC Office Coffee is the trading name of B-Roll NYC LLC, a local office coffee company in New York City, with a mailing address at 10 E 39th St, Ste 1217, New York, NY 10016. We install, stock and look after coffee machines for offices.
These Terms cover the website only. Your free trial and any ongoing service are covered by what we agree with you directly, and where the two differ, that agreement applies.
2. Using the website
The website is for businesses looking into office coffee service. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:
- Send false or misleading information through our forms
- Send spam or anything unlawful or harmful
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the website or the systems behind it
- Interfere with how the website works
- Copy or scrape the website’s content in bulk
If you use the website on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it.
3. Enquiries and free trials
Sending the trial form does not commit you, or us, to anything. We will contact you to talk about your office and, if a trial suits you both, agree the details with you before anything is installed.
Whether we can offer a trial, and when, depends on where your office is and on the machines we have available.
4. Information on the website
We work to keep the website accurate, but its content is general information about our service, not a binding offer. Machine specifications, drink menus and service details can change, and what we agree with you directly is what applies.
5. Our content
The text, photographs, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to NYC Office Coffee or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, change or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.
JURA and other product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the machines we provide.
6. What you send us
You are responsible for the information you send us, and you confirm that it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Other websites
The website may link to other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they work, and you use them under their own terms.
8. Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, NYC Office Coffee is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to cover NYC Office Coffee for any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that result from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

We may change or pause the website, and update these Terms, at any time. When we update the Terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the website after an update means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about the website will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
