1. Who we are

NYC Office Coffee is the trading name of B-Roll NYC LLC, a local office coffee company in New York City. We install, stock and look after JURA coffee machines for offices. Our mailing address is 10 E 39th St, Ste 1217, New York, NY 10016.

This policy covers visitors to our website, people who ask us about a trial or our service, and the contacts at the offices we serve. Our website and services are meant for businesses, not for personal or household use.

When you fill in the free trial form, the form asks for:

A message about what you need

If you become a customer, we also keep what we need to install and look after your machine: the office address and floor, the people we arrange visits and deliveries with, and any building requirements such as a certificate of insurance.

If you call or email us, we keep that conversation so we can follow it up.

2.2 What is recorded automatically

Like any website, the server that hosts ours keeps standard technical logs of requests, which include the IP address and browser details. The trial form also records the IP address and browser a request was sent from, and the page it was sent from, to help us spot spam and follow up.

At present our website does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and it does not set cookies for visitors. The only cookies it sets are for the site’s own administrators when they sign in to manage it.

If we ever add tools that use cookies or tracking, we will update this policy before they go live.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for following them up, and customer records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. When we no longer need information, we delete it.

We use reputable hosting and email providers, keep our website and its software up to date, protect our accounts with strong passwords, and only let people who need your information see it. No website or email system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us, as New York law requires.
